I started a sales career over forty years ago in south and central Africa and after gaining invaluable experience as a sales representative with Coca Cola moved on.

I was employed for a number of years in the pharmaceutical and proprietary drugs industry moving into management and export marketing to neighbouring countries.

With the experience of working for multinational companies I started my own import/export business in 1978 and travelled extensively within the region marketing a variety of consumer products.
 

Having returned to the UK five years ago and having met the founder of GITS quite by accident over a pint or two in our local and shared experiences in southern Africa I am delighted to be involved on the marketing side of the association.
